Brought to you by One Vision Housing, Greenfields Place is a £35 million regeneration project located in the centre of Bootle.
Starting in early 2009 the Greenfields Project will completely transform the area around St James’ Road by creating a safer, cleaner and greener community to be enjoyed by all.
The focal point of the project will be the complete modernisation of four existing high rise blocks - Chestnut, Stanley, Mersey and Salisbury Houses, creating premier living spaces overlooking the world-famous river Mersey.
This, however, is a project with a difference.
Our vision for Greenfields Place is to develop spaces with heart and soul, a place that lets communities develop and flourish. That's why we have put residents' views first.
Our residents told us they wanted a safer, cleaner and greener place to live. Somewhere that people of all ages could live and enjoy together, and we listened to them. We believe that our plans can make a real difference to everyone who lives in the area.
This website has lots of information about what we have planned. It tells you how we plan to tackle issues like anti-social behaviour, how we plan to improve your property and how we are going to transform the Marsh Lane area into an oasis in the heart of Bootle.
But there is so much more that we want to talk to you about. We want all our tenants to give us their views about our plans.
