Greenfields Information Centre to be relaunched
Detailed architectural plans and drawings from One Vision Housing are to be unveiled at the relaunch of the Greenfields Information Centre on Thursday 11th June 2009.
Local residents are encouraged to view and discuss the £35 million investment program that will transform the St James Place area of Bootle. Project Managers and other staff involved in the OVH project will be on hand to explain the plans and answer any questions customers may have. The Information Centre will be closed from Friday 29th May prior to the relaunch of the Greenfields Centre.
Richard Hayes, Investment Manager for One Vision Housing said:
“Since launching the centre in December 2008 we’ve had hundreds of people visit the centre and put forward their ideas for the types of homes and communities in which they want to live.
I’m very excited that we can present the final plans that reflect the ambitions and dreams of our customers to live in aspirational and desirable homes.”
Preparation work has been underway for the past few months with Chesnut House being the first of the four blocks to benefit from major refurbishments along with expansive private gardens, children’s play areas and leafy areas for residents to enjoy.
The five year programme will radically transform the look and feel of the area, improve safety and tackle anti-social behaviour by creating a safe and secure community.
